Return Policy

You can return or exchange purchased products on the website for your own convenience. Please complete the return/exchange application form and return the product within 14 days of receiving the product.

■ If the size does not fit or is different from what you expected

Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receiving the product. Please request a return or exchange using the return/exchange application form.

If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs incurred at the time of delivery.

■If there is a problem with the product

If the product you receive is faulty or different from the product you ordered, we will promptly process your request for a refund or exchange. Please fill out the return/exchange form within 14 days of receiving the product.

Once the procedure is complete, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Conditions for non-returnable/exchangeable items

• If you do not apply for a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product
• If the product shows signs of use, damage, or dirt
• If the product tag or accessories are missing
• If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our company
• In the case of products sold under special conditions such as non-returnable coupons

お客様のご都合による返品の場合、返送料はお客様のご負担となります。

お届け時の送料の返金はできませんのでご了承ください。

■商品に問題がある場合

お届けした商品に不良品や注文内容と異なる商品が含まれていた場合、返金または交換の手続きを迅速に対応いたします。商品到着後14日以内に返品・交換申込書にご記入ください。

手続き完了後、返品方法についてご案内いたします。

商品に使用痕・損傷・汚れがある場合
商品タグや付属品が欠けている場合
当社指定以外の方法で返品された場合
返品不可クーポンなど特別条件で販売された商品の場合
